Photographs consist of pioneer families, individuals, groups, Mayors and Councillors, members of town service industries of Sechelt listed in alphabetical order. Photographers include Edric Clayton, Charles Bradbury, Helen McCall.

1926-1936,1973 -- Bryce and Gertrude Fleck of Vancouver built a summer home in 1926 on DL1331, Lots 3, 4, 5, Block 2, on Trail Bay at the corner of Shorncliffe Avenue and Teredo Street. Bill and Jessie Youngson, who built Rockwood Lodge in 1936, were the caretakers of the Fleck home "Opeongo Lodge" from 1926 to 1935. The photographs are of the Fleck house, the boathouse, the boat launch tracks, the Fleck boat, the Fleck raft on the waters of Trail Bay and the three Fleck daughters, Elizabeth, Janet and Nancy and various friends. The last photograph is of the remains of the Fleck tennis court.
