circa 1920s -- Edric Clayton, on the right, came to Sechelt after WW1 to work for his cousin Bert Whitaker. He lived from 1890 to 1965.

1966 -- Mrs. Edric Clayton (Florrie) (second from left) presents a cheque to a contest winner. The Claytons owned the grocery store in Sechelt after the Union Steamship Company left in 1956.
