1936 -- Mr. H. Victor Whittal arrives on Trail Bay by plane. He was superintendent of Blue Band Navigation Co. a shingle mill enterprise in Sechelt as well as being associated with Brook-Iowa Lumber (1924-1927), a manager of Hunting-Merritt Shingle Co. and later a Director of Canadian Forest Products.

1920s -- George B. Wood, telegraph operator at Sechelt 1920-1938, faces the camera on the Sechelt wharf, Irene Sutherland (nee Nickson) to his right was the wife of Major T. Douglas Sutherland, B. C. Provincial policeman in Sechelt.
