1969 -- Hugh Bernel Gordon (left) and Norman Hoffar pictured beside Mr. Hoffar's 1935 Rolls Royce car which he drove in many Sechelt parades. Bernel Gordon, a real estate and insurance agent, was a prominent Sechelt resident and served on Sechelt's first elected Village Council in 1956.
