Steele with Alec Lamb on her right behind Betty Williams with her Girl
Guides and Brownies. Boy Scout troop with Cpl. Tick Payne and Sechelt
School band with Mr. Gerry Fahrni are in the foreground and a group of
Sechelt Indian boys stand with Sisters of the Child Jesus to the left
of the Municipal Hall.
