A
pictorial record of Alfred and Henrietta Whitaker and their nine children,
Edith, Herbert, Ernest, Evelyn, Reginald, Cecil, Muriel and Ronald
(Alfred junior died in infancy). A portrait taken in England in the
mid 1880s and photos in Vancouver and Sechelt of family, friends and
employees up to 1971 record this remarkable Sechelt family's life.
Original Whitaker business documents have also been photographed,
also original survey information by John Scales; all are oversize
photographs.

Bay. L. Harry Roberts, founder of Roberts Creek, purchased one
of the horses.
